Our brand new ‘Evolving Wellness’ retreat offers a transformative journey into the power of mindset and the healing potential of natural wellness practices. It’s your opportunity to discover the art of fermentation and the benefits of clean and nourishing nutrition, accompanied by delicious non-alcoholic beverages.

Reconnect with your gut health and overall well-being by learning to make fermented foods such as sourdough, kombucha, kefir, and supercharged probiotic yoghurts.

The focus is on relaxation, stress reduction, and the power of mindset shifts, along with information about toxins in everyday products and how to avoid them.

Discover how making small adjustments to your life will greatly enhance your wellbeing and leave you empowered to live a balanced and better-tuned lifestyle.

All in the relaxed and serene setting of South West France.

Groups of 4 to 6 people. Arrive Sunday afternoon, leave Friday morning.

Five nights’ accommodation. All rooms are £1100 (€ 1300) per person. All activities are included in the price, including a Welcome Pack and full food and board with an emphasis on local produce cooked simply.

Complimentary transfers are available from Toulouse Airport (flights and insurance not included).
