I had an amazing week at the Le Betet retreat. I had plenty of time to relax and soak up the beautiful surroundings; visit a couple of local historical villages and sample the best Rosė in Gascony! The wellbeing activities were spot on with the inspirational Wiggy teaching us about the benefits of sourdough, fermentation and reflexology; Sarah teaching us about the benefits of exposure to nature and wellness experiences and Florencia guiding our inner creative talents! The food all week was delicious and I also appreciated Marks knowledge of the local wines and Armagnac. Amazingly beautiful, blissfully tranquil, almost a step back in time to our memories of days on the farm with horses munching on fresh cut hay, deer grazing in wide open meadows, fiery sunsets of orange, ochre, and violet, and falling asleep to the songs of frogs, crickets, and owls...we've loved every moment in our time at Le Bétet.
