Located a few kilometres from the ancient Gascon capital of Eauze, the property features two separate gîtes in the grounds of the main house.
Twenty years ago this was a working farm, and the owners – Mark and Sarah Rogerson – have worked hard to maintain the look and feel of the traditional architecture, while installing plenty of 21st century comforts.
The Barnhouse
The Barnhouse sleeps two to four and features a galleried sleeping area with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Right next to the kitchen is a large covered seating area with a fire pit for barbeques.
The owners have kept the sense of open space with a full height ceiling and installed a gallery for a double bed. A sofa bed under the stairs can sleep two more.
The Chai
The Chai is a converted wine store offering flexible accomodation for two to four people.
Guests can step straight out of the living room onto their own private terrace.
And there's more...
If you want to explore, you can follow paths around the woods and fields for over an hour without leaving the property. A twelve-metre swimming pool is a short walk across the lawns.
Prices start at € 360 (£320) for a three-night weekend. Open April-October. Click below to contact us for more details.
