This is my wife’s review. “I had a wonderful stay at Le Betet. Sarah and Mark are fantastic people and wonderful hosts. It was very relaxed and very personal experience. We had lots of fun and learnt new skills but there was plenty of tine for personal relaxation. Their location was so idyllic and the food and their hospitality was very high standard. I would recommend their Well Woman’s week to others looking for a change and an opportunity to meet new people.
Wonderful hosts in Sarah and Mark. I felt "at home" and very welcome with delicious food and wine. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Tranquil setting and great place to unwind.
I absolutely loved this workshop. The setting was beautiful too. I had no idea how to make sourdough and it was really interesting. Fantastic teacher. I will certainly return for more workshops.

I had an amazing week at the Le Betet retreat. I had plenty of time to relax and soak up the beautiful surroundings; visit a couple of local historical villages and sample the best Rosė in Gascony! The wellbeing activities were spot on with the inspirational Wiggy teaching us about the benefits of sourdough, fermentation and reflexology; Sarah teaching us about the benefits of exposure to nature and wellness experiences and Florencia guiding our inner creative talents! The food all week was delicious and I also appreciated Marks knowledge of the local wines and Armagnac. Le Betet is a beautiful place with excellent hosts, which I'd fully recommend.
